OCESDeP targets regions in Ghana impacted by oil exploration and production. It focuses on diversifying local economies, improving social infrastructure, and ensuring that oil revenues contribute to sustainable and inclusive development. OCESDeP aims to mitigate the resource curse and foster long-term economic growth in oil-producing areas by catalysing creative local content and participation mechanisms to drive share value.
